Refund & Cancellation

1. Timeframe
For eligible digital training purchases, you may request a refund within fourteen days of payment if you have not accessed more than twenty percent of delivered materials. Access logs determine eligibility.
2. Exceptions
Custom corporate workshops, scheduled live sessions that already ran, and third-party exam vouchers are generally non-refundable once ordered on your behalf.
3. Scope
This policy applies to purchases made directly through RouteHarbor Academy channels listed on this site. Reseller purchases follow the reseller’s policy.
4. Process
Email hello@cloudhubarchive.one with your order reference, cohort name, and reason for the request. We confirm receipt and communicate decisions in writing. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where technically possible.
5. Eligibility
Eligibility requires good-faith participation in any troubleshooting steps we propose when technical access fails. Abuse, account sharing, or policy violations void refund rights.
6. Contact
Refund questions should include screenshots only if they help explain the issue; redact unrelated personal data.
7. Partial adjustments
Where only part of a bundle failed, we may offer partial credit rather than a full refund if proportionate and agreed in writing.
8. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue. Unfounded chargebacks may lead to account closure and recovery of fees permitted by law.
9. Consumer norms
Nothing here limits non-waivable rights under Korean consumer regulations. If a term conflicts with mandatory law, the mandatory rule prevails.
