General Terms

Training provides education, not guarantees about exam outcomes or employment. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to fees paid for the specific program giving rise to the claim unless gross negligence is proven.

We deliver scheduled sessions, lab materials, and mentor feedback as described on each program page. Features may evolve slightly when vendors update lab software; we will provide reasonable notice when changes materially affect outcomes.

By enrolling or submitting forms, you accept these terms and our Data Protection notice. If you enroll on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts in Seoul have non-exclusive jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer rules provide otherwise.

You agree not to misuse lab systems, harass staff or participants, or redistribute materials outside your license. Sharing credentials is prohibited and may trigger suspension without refund.

We may suspend access for violations after written warning except for severe abuse. You may stop using services at any time; refund rules remain as stated in the refund policy.

Curriculum, labs, and branding remain our intellectual property. You receive a limited license to use materials during participation and for personal reference afterward as stated on each download page.

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted with a new effective date. Continued participation after notice constitutes acceptance of practical updates that do not reduce your statutory rights.
