Payment references may appear on invoices processed by partners; we avoid storing full card data on our own servers when a processor tokenises details.

If you join mailing lists, we store subscription preferences and message engagement metrics at an aggregated level.

Your rights

Under the Personal Information Protection Act and related Korean rules, you may request access, correction, deletion, or processing restriction where grounds exist. We respond within statutory timelines after verifying identity proportionately.

You may withdraw marketing consent without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Some records must be retained for accounting or dispute resolution.

Contact records for prospective learners are kept up to twenty-four months without further engagement, then deleted or anonymised unless a longer period is required for active sales cycles you initiated.

Program records, including attendance and instructor feedback, are retained for seven years to support quality standards reviews and to evidence delivery where disputes arise.

Server logs rotate on a shorter technical schedule while preserving security-relevant extracts when incidents are investigated.

Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to websites and services operated under the cloudhubarchive.one domain by Basis Beacon Korea. Linked third-party tools opened during class may have their own notices.

Children's services are not directed at minors; if we learn we collected a child's data without appropriate authority, we delete it promptly after verification.

Updates to this Policy are posted with a revised date; material changes affecting consent-based processing will be highlighted through email or on-site banners where practical.

Refund and Cancellation

Eligibility

Paid programmes listed with tuition amounts may be refunded within fourteen days of purchase provided you have not accessed more than twenty percent of digital materials or attended an instructor-led session, whichever threshold applies first under the programme rules communicated at checkout.

Corporate invoices follow the contract schedule negotiated with your sponsor; consumer-style cooling-off may not apply to bespoke statements of work.

Donation-style forum passes labelled as included with another bundle inherit the parent programme's eligibility window.

Contact for refunds

Email academy@cloudhubarchive.one with subject "Refund request", your registration identifier, and reason for cancellation. Our team replies within five business days with next steps.

Chargebacks filed before contacting us may delay resolution while records are reconciled with processors.

If you purchased through a reseller, the reseller remains your first point of contact though we will assist where contracts permit.

Scope

This policy covers tuition and published programme fees. Travel, accommodation, and third-party exam fees booked separately are outside our refund scope unless a bundle explicitly states otherwise.

Administrative fees for wire transfers or currency conversion charged by banks are not reversible by us.

Vouchers or credits issued instead of cash refunds expire on the date stated on the voucher unless law requires extension.

Processing timeframe

Approved refunds return to the original payment method within fourteen business days after approval, subject to processor timelines outside our control.

Partial refunds for partially consumed bundles are calculated using the same twenty percent material rule pro-rated where applicable.

If your card expired, we may request updated payout details through a secure process verified out-of-band.

Exceptions

No refund is available after certification exam vouchers are redeemed, after customised lab images containing your employer data are provisioned, or when misconduct caused removal under the General Terms.

Force majeure cancellations may be rescheduled rather than refunded; if rescheduling is impossible, we offer credit before cash return.

Promotional seats clearly marked as non-refundable at purchase are excluded from standard cooling-off unless mandatory law says otherwise.
