You receive downloadable topology files and a vendor-neutral VM image. Physical gear is not shipped; remote rack tokens are optional add-ons with limited seats.
Is exam voucher included?
No. Pricing covers instruction, labs, and mentor feedback only. Vouchers are purchased separately from the exam provider.
What if I fall behind on labs?
You keep recordings for 90 days and may submit one extension request for the capstone. We do not guarantee extra live sessions beyond the published calendar.
